Plenty of places still run well on cash and a Casio. The mistake is assuming they want a full EPOS system when what they actually want is to stop turning away people with no cash on them.
We put a terminal next to the existing till rather than replacing it. Less disruption, less training, and the counter works the way the staff already know.
