What we did
The menu here is the hard part. Yoghurt bowls with any five toppings, loaded sourdough, a full coffee list -- all of it has to be two or three taps at the counter or the queue backs up at half nine on a Saturday.
We set the modifiers up so the common orders are fastest, pinned the items that make up most of the morning, and stood on the counter through a real service rather than handing over a manual.
