EPOS and card machines for quick-service restaurants.

Counter orders in seconds, tickets to the kitchen without shouting, and a kiosk for when the queue is out the door. Built around your menu before it arrives.

Built before it arrives Fitted in person or set up remotely Keeps taking payments offline No long-term Square contract

What is a quick-service EPOS?

A till built for speed at the counter. The ten things you sell most sit one tap from the home screen, combos and extras are modifiers, and every order goes straight to a kitchen screen the moment it's paid. Card payment happens on the same system, so the queue moves and the end-of-day figure matches the takings.

We set quick-service sites up on Square for Restaurants, then fit it in person across the East Midlands or remotely anywhere in the UK.

Give your counter the edge.

Clear the queue faster

Best sellers pinned to the home screen, meal deals built as bundles, and contactless on a customer-facing display so the customer is paying while you're still ringing. Kit: Square Register, Square Terminal.

Let customers order themselves

A kiosk takes the lunchtime peak off the counter, offers the upsell every single time and never mishears an order. It runs from the same menu as the till, so a price change happens once. Kit: Square Kiosk.

Orders straight to the kitchen

Walk-in, kiosk and delivery-app orders all land on one screen at the pass, with timers and colour changes when a ticket is running late. Kit: Square KDS, kitchen printer.

Online and delivery without the extra screens

Click-and-collect from your own ordering page, and Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats pulled into the same kitchen screen through an integration. Kit: Square Online, Deliverect or Otter.

Why quick-service restaurants choose Atlas.

  • Your menu, combos and modifiers are built before we arriveStaff learn on the real menu, not a demo.
  • Fitted on site, not posted in a boxAcross the East Midlands we come out, place the kit and train whoever is on shift. Elsewhere in the UK we ship it configured and set it up with you on a call.
  • One number afterwardsThe person who specced it is the person who answers. Not a ticket queue, not a call centre.

Works with what you already use.

We check the apps you already pay for before anything is ordered.

Quick-service questions, answered.

Can I run a kiosk and a till from the same menu?

Yes. One menu feeds every device, so prices, items and sold-out flags change everywhere at once.

Does it handle meal deals and combos?

Yes. Deals are built as bundles with choices, so a burger, side and drink rings up as one item at the right price.

Will delivery-app orders show in my kitchen?

Yes, through an integration such as Deliverect or Otter. Orders from the apps arrive on the same kitchen screen as counter orders, and you stop re-typing them.

What happens if the internet drops at lunchtime?

Square Terminal, Register and Handheld keep taking payments offline and upload them when the connection returns, within 24 hours to be safe. Contactless cards need a connection, phone wallets don't, so we check your signal before we spec anything.

How quickly can new staff learn it?

Most pick it up in a single shift. The home screen shows the menu the way your customers order it.

Can you fit it before we open?

Yes, and we'd rather. Coming in during the fit-out means the cabling, printer and card reader all end up where they should be.

Tell us how your counter runs.

Tell us what you sell and how you take payment now. We'll spec it, put it in writing, and tell you if a simpler setup would do.
