- EPOS systems
EPOS systems for independent cafés, pubs and shops.
A till, card machine, printer and kitchen screen that work as one system, built around how you trade. We load your menu or products first, then fit it in person across the East Midlands or ship it configured anywhere in the UK.

- One system, not threeThe till and the card machine sit on the same account, so the sale, the payment and the end-of-day figure agree.
- Orders go where they need toTickets print at the bar or appear on a kitchen screen the moment they’re taken. Nobody walks dockets to the pass.
- You see what’s happeningLive sales, best sellers, sales by staff member, and in retail, stock that counts down as it sells.
Which till suits your counter.
The right device depends on where the order and the payment happen. Each product page goes into detail, including when it’s the wrong answer.

What it runs.
Square’s point of sale software runs on all of the hardware above, with versions built for hospitality and for retail. Some features sit on Square’s paid Plus plan. We tell you which plan you actually need before you commit.
Square for Restaurants
Menu management, online ordering and staff time tracking on the free plan. Coursing, floor plans and seat numbers are on the Plus plan, which also runs kitchen display screens at no extra cost.
Square for Retail
Low-stock alerts, barcode scanning, customer profiles, an online store and sales reports. Barcode label printing, purchase orders and profit reports are on the Plus plan.
Connects to what you already use
Square’s App Marketplace lists integrations including Xero and Sage for accounts and OpenTable for bookings. We check the ones you rely on before anything is ordered.
When the internet drops
Square Terminal, Register and Handheld keep taking payments offline and upload them when the connection returns, within 24 hours to be safe. Contactless cards need a connection, phone wallets don’t, which is why we check the signal in your building first.
Set up for the way you trade.
Cafés need modifiers so a complicated order is a couple of taps. Pubs need two people taking payment at once. Shops need a product list built before the kit arrives. Each business type has its own page.
Fitted, trained and looked after.
- 1
Built before it arrives
We build your menu or product list from whatever you send, so you’re not typing it in on opening day.
- 2
Installed and trained
Across the East Midlands we come out, fit it on your counter and train whoever is on shift. Everywhere else it ships configured and we set it up with you on a call. Towns we cover in person.

One number afterwards
The person who specced it is the person who answers. Not a ticket queue, not a call centre.

Tell us how you trade.
We’ll work out what you need, quote it in writing before you commit, and tell you if a simpler setup would do.
