EPOS and card machines for independent shops.
A shop till is only as good as the product list behind it. We build that first, then fit the kit around your counter.

Till, card reader and stock on one account
What is a retail EPOS?
A till with your full product catalogue, barcode scanning, stock counts that fall as you sell, and card payment on the same account. Square for Retail adds low-stock alerts, purchase orders and an online store that shares the same stock.
Give your shop the edge.

Why shops choose Atlas.
- Your catalogue is imported or built before we arrive
- Fitted on site, not posted in a boxAcross the East Midlands we come out, place the kit and train whoever is on shift. Elsewhere in the UK we ship it configured and set it up with you on a call.
- One number afterwardsThe person who specced it is the person who answers. Not a ticket queue, not a call centre.
Works with what you already use.
We check the apps you already pay for before anything is ordered.
Shop questions, answered.
Can you import my existing product list?
Yes, from a spreadsheet or your current system's export.
Does it track stock across two shops?
Yes, by location, with transfers between them.
Can I print barcode labels?
Yes, with a compatible label printer. Label printing is on the Square for Retail Plus plan.
Does it do gift cards and loyalty?
Yes, both, on the same account.
Can I keep my cash drawer and scanner?
Often, yes. We check before quoting.
What if the card machine loses signal?
Square Terminal, Register and Handheld keep taking payments offline and upload them when the connection returns, within 24 hours to be safe. Contactless cards need a connection, phone wallets don't.
