What we did

A van has no fixed broadband and often no reliable Wi-Fi, so the terminal has to work on mobile data and keep working when the signal dips.

We set it up to run standalone, tested it on the pitches they actually use, and made sure the end-of-day totals reconcile without anyone doing sums.
