Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Atlas Payments collects through this website, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Atlas Payments is a trading name of Robles Payments Limited, based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. We are the data controller for the information described here.
Who to contact
For anything about your data, email Jamie@atlaspayments.co.uk or ring 07543 804 014. We answer these ourselves rather than routing them to a third party.
The contact form
When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, business type, an indication of your monthly card turnover and whatever you write in the message field. We use it for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, because you have asked us to get in touch about a commercial service. Submissions are stored in our secure database and kept for up to 24 months, after which enquiries that did not become customers are deleted.
Calendly bookings
Calls are booked through Calendly, which processes your name, email address and chosen time on our behalf so the appointment can be created. If you would rather not use it, ring or WhatsApp us and we will book the time manually.
Google Analytics 4
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and which pages lead to enquiries. It is configured for aggregate reporting and we do not use it to identify individuals. Nothing loads until you accept cookies.
Meta Pixel
With your consent we use the Meta Pixel so we can measure whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising actually results in enquiries, and to show ads to people with similar interests. It sets cookies in your browser and shares event data with Meta. It does not load if you decline.
Card machine and EPOS applications
If you go ahead with an application, the information needed for underwriting is submitted to Shift4 or the relevant funding partner, who become responsible for that data as controllers in their own right. We will tell you who they are at the time and only pass on what the application requires.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email Jamie@atlaspayments.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page. It was last reviewed in January 2026.
